What information does the Application obtain?
Sound Journal does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location is not collected.
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
No collected personal data to share.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such collected personal information with third parties.
We do not retain personal data from normal app use.
The Application does not collect or store personal information through normal use; therefore, the Service Provider has no such personal data to retain.
Technical protocol information required for network communication, such as an ephemeral IP address, is not retained by the Service Provider for tracking or profiling.
No stored app data means there is nothing for us to delete.
Because the Service Provider does not collect or retain personal information through normal use of Sound Journal, there is no server-side personal data from normal app use for the Service Provider to delete.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider and provide information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@macroservi.space.
Children's privacy.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal information is collected from a child through such normal use. If information is voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by other means, applicable consent requirements should be observed.
A minimal-data approach.
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure of such data is minimized. No security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and for any information it may receive voluntarily outside normal app use.
If a security incident affects information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notifications will be made where required by applicable law.
Policy updates.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, consent will be requested before that change takes effect.
If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
